About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian at Jefferson Abington and Jefferson Lansdale in Southeast Pennsylvania.

About the Hospital: Jefferson Abington Hospital is located in Abington, PA with 660 licensed beds. It is a Level II Trauma Center, has a Level III NICU for advanced care of infants and has been providing life-changing care for over a century. They treat a variety of conditions including cancer care,
complex surgeries, neurosciences, obstetrics, cardiology, trauma care, orthopedics, and much more.
Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is a 140-bed acute care general hospital with highly skilled clinicians that offer exceptional care across a comprehensive range of services, including cardiology, orthopedics, interventional radiology, physical rehabilitation, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain services, podiatry, hernia repair surgery, 24-hour emergency services and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred
• Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
