Assesses patient's nutritional status and needs. Develops and implements patient care plans and assesses patient responses. Collaborates with physicians, nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare team members/departments to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy. Collaborates with departmental management to provide nutritionally appropriate menus, food options, and services for patients and visitors. Develops and provides education, training, consulting, and counseling services throughout the organization and for the community on topics including eating disorders, weight loss, and dietary modifications for healthy lifestyles. Requirements

  • Dietician licensed in the State of Kentucky
  • Registered Dietician (Commission Dietetic Registration)
