About The Position
The position involves providing nutritional care for inpatients of all ages in accordance with the mission and goals established by the hospital and department management. Responsibilities include completing nutrition screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation of patients based on the current Clinical Nutrition Standards of Practice. The role also includes developing educational processes for patient care activities, maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
