Clinical Dietitian - Transplant
About The Position
Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our transplant team at WellStar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. This 517-bed adult hospital is a Level 1 Trauma academic hospital with 68 adult critical care beds (Trauma, MICU, ICU, Neurology ICU and CVICU). This full-time outpatient role supports the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program, providing comprehensive nutrition care to transplant candidates and recipients. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with CMS guidelines. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and committed to elevating nutrition practice through quality improvement and research initiatives.
