Schedule Details: 8:00am-4:30pm 3 days per week with flexibility on available days based on department need. Included in weekend and holiday rotation. This is an inpatient dietitian role and applicant must be able to travel between Waukesha, Oconomowoc and Mukwonago hospitals.  What You Will Do:This is an inpatient Clinical Dietitian Role offered at ProHealth Care. The Clinical Dietitian provides nutrition consultation and education for patients and their families who are screened at nutrition risk, identified with nutrition risk and/or referred by hospitalists or other healthcare providers for nutrition-related problems, chronic disease management, management of nutrition support, to meet regulatory requirements, or prevention and wellness. The Dietitian is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team who serves as the patients nutrition advocate. It is the Clinical Dietitians job to ensure that the patient’s nutrition needs are being met, including when nutrition support (enteral or parenteral) initiates and/or management of nutrition support is necessary, during patient care and unit rounds. Must be able to complete work responsibilities at all PHC (Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, and Mukwonago Memorial Hospital) facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN)
