As the Clinical Dietitian, you will collaborate to assess, plan and implement nutrition education to pregnant women. You will oversee blood glucose management for pregnant woman in the diabetes program and work to improve blood sugars to improve maternal and fetal outcomes. In this role, you will provide a variety of educational materials and approaches for a personal approach to Medical Nutrition Therapy to accommodate any patient barriers to learning.
