Leads the operational, clinical, and developmental aspects of the Pediatric Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS) Program at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, Long Beach while supporting service line-wide training and clinical readiness across pediatric cardiac care settings. Key responsibilities include staff onboarding, competency development, and ensuring program quality, aligning strategies with service line priorities to support ECMO readiness and clinical development. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgement in evaluating complex issues, making decisions on significant matters, and developing solutions with minimal direction from senior management. Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
