About The Position

The Clinical Data & Outcomes Lead plays a critical role in supporting departmental excellence through the collection, organization, and interpretation of key data that drives clinical quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role combines clinical practice with data stewardship-balancing a billable caseload with responsibility for maintaining accurate data systems, monitoring outcomes, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead partners with leadership and peers to ensure that outcome data informs decisions and reflects the true impact of clinical services. This position is ideal for a clinician who values both high-quality assessment work and the advancement of evidence-based practice through data, quality metrics, and system improvement. Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license (or license-eligible within required timeframe), PsyPact preferred.
  • Master's level provider may be considered.
  • Experience conducting standardized psychological or developmental assessments, preferably including autism diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, basic data systems, or clinical operations preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working with data dashboards or reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of autism assessment procedures and relevant reporting requirements.
  • Must be in good standing within the department, including:
  • Meeting productivity expectations and documentation timeliness.
  • Minimal report errors or denials.
  • Positive family and peer feedback.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and engagement with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Service Delivery (75%): Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations using protocol set by organization (e.g., appropriate autism-specific, cognitive, adaptive, and broad symptom screener measures).
  • Complete all clinical documentation in adherence with organizational quality and timeline expectations.
  • Maintain required productivity standards while delivering high-quality, ethical, and family-centered clinical care.
  • Engage families and caregivers in the evaluation process with professionalism and compassion.
  • Clinical Administrative Responsibilities (10%): Attend weekly staff meetings, training, and case consultation opportunities.
  • Complete non-billable tasks related to clinical care such as communication with caregivers, coordination of case-related details, and chart updates.
  • Maintain compliance with documentation, data entry, and organizational policy standards.
  • Data & Outcomes Leadership (5%) - Data Tracking & Reporting: Run, compile, and enter weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data into designated systems.
  • Maintain a log for Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations, ensuring accurate tracking and classification.
  • Support service referral tracking and document relevant outcome data.
  • Maintain crisis team logs to ensure accurate documentation of open, active, and closed cases.
