The Clinical Data & Outcomes Lead plays a critical role in supporting departmental excellence through the collection, organization, and interpretation of key data that drives clinical quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role combines clinical practice with data stewardship-balancing a billable caseload with responsibility for maintaining accurate data systems, monitoring outcomes, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead partners with leadership and peers to ensure that outcome data informs decisions and reflects the true impact of clinical services.
