About The Position
NeoGenomics is looking for a Temporary Clinical Data Abstractor who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a hybrid position requiring two days in office and the others remote with a Monday – Friday day shift. As a Clinical Data Abstractor, you will primarily be responsible for procuring historical demographic, diagnostic, clinical, epidemiologic, and administrative patient level data from medical records into a computerized case record system following defined procedures. You will partner closely with the clinical Informatics team in transforming the data into digital formats, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, organization and planning skills, and maintain consistently high abstraction quality performance metrics.
