About The Position
The position is responsible for providing individual clinical services and appropriate assessments, including mental health assessments, suicide assessments, and risk assessments for Boys Ranch residents. The role utilizes a strength-based approach as part of the service delivery package within Youth Programs. The individual will facilitate and/or co-facilitate therapeutic and/or psycho-educational groups, assist with the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy programs, and provide clinical services and support for the Adventure Programs and other experiential learning activities. Coordination of these services with other campus programs is essential to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, the individual acts as a clinical consultant for child care teams, supporting the efforts of direct care staff in the home.
