About The Position

Our platform allows you to connect with clients through engaging, 1-on-1 telehealth sessions that are designed to empower them to overcome obstacles and improve their mental well-being. You'll be at the forefront of making mental health care accessible, flexible, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours post-academic training.
• Expertise in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and DBT.
• A valid and active professional license relevant to practice in California.
• The ability to provide services in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) or adult counseling.
• Flexibility to meet the occasional onsite requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized teletherapy sessions, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Collaborate with our dedicated clinical team to continually enhance the platform and develop new strategies for effective client engagement.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to provide clients with effective tools and coping strategies for their mental health journey.
