The ACS Clinical Team Coordinator will act as a bridge between frontline clinicians and agency management, ensuring high-quality, ethical care while managing staff performance and development . This role involves providing regular individual and group supervision, reviewing clinical documentation, and supporting staff in managing complex cases or crises.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health field and 5+ years of post-master’s, including direct client service.
  • Valid license to practice in the state (e.g., LCAT, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and case management software.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Supervision & Staff Development: Provide weekly, structured supervision to therapists or caseworkers (individual and group). Mentor less experienced clinicians on ethical practice, treatment methodologies, and documentation standards.
  • Case Review & Management: Review clinical records, treatment plans, and assessments for accuracy, quality, and compliance. Monitor caseloads, assign clients, and manage waiting lists.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct staff evaluations and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing regulations, and state/federal standards. Address client crises, complaints, and ethical issues, providing "duty-to-warn" oversight.
  • Training & Onboarding: Train staff on evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., TF-CBT), agency procedures, and documentation.
  • Administrative Duties: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, coordinate with external stakeholders, and assist with data collection for quality assurance.
