The Clinical Coordinator plays a critical dual role within the addiction treatment program by conducting comprehensive clinical intake assessments for individuals seeking services while providing leadership, supervision, and coordination of the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) team. This position ensures timely, clinically appropriate admission decisions, proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of peer services into the continuum of care. The Clinical Coordinator promotes high-quality client engagement, evidence-based screening practices, and supports the professional development and performance of peer staff.
