We are excited to continue the growth of our practice with new additions to the team that are passionate about patient care and can add value to our workplace culture. As a key member of our Wellness Team, you will collaborate closely with our doctors and mid-level providers to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. You will also manage your own patient column and handle a variety of appointment types daily. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team. While education and experience in the medical field is appreciated, this is not required. We are willing to train individuals with a desire to work in healthcare! We value character over experience. Responsibilities
- Manage a column of in-person patients each day, handling communication before, during, and after appointments.
- Adhering to our standard of care put in place by our Medical Director.
- Establish a relationship link with the patient to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhinometer.
- Provide education to patients related to treatment options and their treatment plan.
- Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments.
- Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient pass offs.
- Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment.
- Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Uploading required documents into EMR software when necessary
