Clinical Coordinator

About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead peritoneal dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You’ll provide hands-on patient care, support clinical staff, and help patients manage kidney disease at home with compassion and clinical excellence. Requirements

  • Current RN license and CPR certification
  • 18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis
