About The Position

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to oversee and support the quality of patient care as part of our multidisciplinary team. If you’re passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey and have experience in clinical supervision, we want to hear from you! As a Clinical Coordinator, you will ensure the effective operation of clinical services during your shifts, including supervision of mental health and addiction services. You’ll also support staff, provide crisis de-escalation when needed, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of supervisory clinical experience in a health/human services agency.
  • 2+ years of experience in peer support, recovery coaching, or as a recovery specialist.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Customer Service: Ability to meet internal and external customer needs effectively.
  • Impact and Influence: Ability to work with and lead others, including those you may not have formal authority over.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Project Management: Able to coordinate multiple components of a project, balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work on your feet and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all mental health and addiction clinical services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor in case conferences to implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, addressing psychological, psychosocial, safety, and educational needs.
  • Document all client interactions for continuity of care.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to clinical staff during shifts.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and other interdisciplinary departments for coordinated care.
  • Handle employee counseling and report incidents to the Clinical Supervisor.
