Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Labor & Delivery nurse to provide operational shift oversight, delegate care to staff, and facilitate timely patient admission, transfer, and discharge. The nurse will provide ongoing leadership, support, and guidance to all staff while promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare team members, using critical-thinking approaches for patient care, and adhering to the standards set forth by the hospital and the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act.
