This is a full-time, salaried position responsible for developing and accessing Individual Plans (IPs) and providing behavioral support services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities/Autism (ID/A) who are living in a residential program. The role includes overseeing operational personnel in the Residential Department, which involves supervising, supporting, disciplining, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training, and scheduling staff. Additionally, the position requires the development, education, and facilitation of an effective Behavior Support program, promoting and supporting meaningful lifestyles for each individual through Everyday Lives Principles, the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process, and related programming. The candidate will also ensure that homes meet regulatory guidelines and maintain clinical oversight of the services provided.
