Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience required.
• At least 2 years experience in relevant specialty or department desired.
• Current VA RN license required.
• Must successfully complete orientation and competency requirement.
• Must obtain and maintain appropriate certifications as defined by the department.
• BLS-HCP required within 1 year of hire or at time of hire.
• Valid Virginia, or state specific, drivers license required for employees working in Home Health or departments where the work requires traveling.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and team-working skills required.
• Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, organization and effective judgement abilities required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ACLS, Conscious Sedation, CCRN, ONC, Pain Management and other modality specific certifications desired.
