About The Position

Directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations of departmental unit; assists the Nurse Manager as needed on a daily basis; and assumes administrative responsibility in the absence of the Nurse Manager. The Coordinator will support the Organizational Mission and Values and adhere to the employee standards of behavior.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the Staff of Ohio
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date (ALL)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire date (ALL)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire date (Med Surge, ICU, ED only)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP within 6 months of hire date (OB and ED only)
• TNCC or equivalent within 1 year of hire (ED only)
• Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional (STABLE) (OB only).

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience.
• 3 or more working as a RN in a hospital setting
