About The Position

Plan and manage the development and delivery of clinical education. Consult with managers and assists department to plan, coordinate and evaluate specific orientation and competency assessment programs. Assist with determining clinical educational needs by participating in appropriate leadership/committee meetings and by direct communication with management. Coordinate all administrative components of training activities and events. Schedule course sessions and learning activities, maintains training event calendars and databases, and manages enrollment and reporting. Obtain feedback from leadership and refines training accordingly

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
