About The Position

The Clinical Compliance Specialist at Weslaco Regional Rehabilitation Hospital plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulations. Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Minimum two years clinical experience preferred.
• One year in clinical compliance role preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Joint Commission standards and hospital-specific rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of solutions.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
