The Clinical Clerk II is responsible for the essential clerical duties associated with the nutritional care and food service to all patients. This includes accurately taking and entering patient's meal orders into the Cbord diet office system, maintaining communication with patients to ensure they receive their meals in a timely manner, and performing various clerical duties such as answering phones and processing meal orders. The role also involves overseeing part-time and per diem clerks, training new personnel, and assisting the Clinical Manager with special projects as needed.
