NFI North Community Based Services has a full-time Clinical Case Manager
position available in the Concord area with travel.

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel
• Applicants must have a BA in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Experience working with youth and families

Responsibilities

• Partnering with children and families
• Teaching parenting skills and development
• Case management
• Attending treatment meetings
• Providing transportation
• Updating court reports and monthly reports
• Connecting youth and families to community resources
• Enhancing permanent connections for youth
• Participate in weekly staff meetings
• Provide on-call support
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team
