Location: 1625 Hospital Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Status: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm The Novant Health Southeastern Spine Institute is a world-class specialty center offering the best in spine health expertise, technology, and procedures, including orthopedic spine surgery, neurosurgery, pain management, and physical medicine/rehabilitation. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Providing Compassionate Support: Your empathy and calm demeanor can help alleviate anxiety and create a sense of comfort and continuity throughout their treatment journey. Enhancing Clinical Efficiency: By managing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures, you set the team up for success and ensure patients receive remarkable care. Ensuring Coordinated Care: You are a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and the healthcare team. By accurately documenting information and coordinating appointments, you help ensure that every step of a patient's complex treatment plan is organized and seamless. Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
Basic computer skills for documentation.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Two years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred.
One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred.
One year experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR required NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR required EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR required One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR required Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required
