Location: 1625 Hospital Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 Status: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm The Novant Health Southeastern Spine Institute is a world-class specialty center offering the best in spine health expertise, technology, and procedures, including orthopedic spine surgery, neurosurgery, pain management, and physical medicine/rehabilitation. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: Providing Compassionate Support: Your empathy and calm demeanor can help alleviate anxiety and create a sense of comfort and continuity throughout their treatment journey. Enhancing Clinical Efficiency: By managing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and assisting with procedures, you set the team up for success and ensure patients receive remarkable care. Ensuring Coordinated Care: You are a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and the healthcare team. By accurately documenting information and coordinating appointments, you help ensure that every step of a patient's complex treatment plan is organized and seamless. Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: Two years Acute experience for CNA 1, preferred.
  • One year CNA2 or EMT, preferred.
  • One year experience in healthcare setting or Physician Assistant or medical school student enrolled in an accredited program or gap year, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: NA I in good standing within the NA registry; OR required NA II in good standing with NA II certification with required state; OR required EMT current credential in appropriate state; OR required One year clinical (medical) office experience; OR required Physician Assistant or Medical School student enrolled in accredited program or in gap year, required
