About The Position

The Clinical Care Manager will serve as a vital member of the Behavioral Crisis Center leadership team, dedicated to cultivating a compassionate environment for those in need. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily management and supervision of the Rapid Access Unit, which includes front-line staff such as Behavioral Health Consultants, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Peer Support Specialists. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a human services field. Current unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or PsyD license.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of background checks and training requirements upon employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1-year post licensure experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical or psychiatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support front-line behavioral crisis center staff, providing guidance in accordance with service line requirements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to foster communication and professional development among team members.
  • Assist BCC leadership with hiring efforts, ensuring proper training and onboarding for new staff members.
  • Evaluate and support staff performance through annual reviews and ongoing feedback.
  • Navigate client care and resolve complaints, delegating interventions as appropriate.
  • Monitor and evaluate documentation practices, ensuring timely and accurate records are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Crisis Center Director to implement team development, training, and workflow processes.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining facility cleanliness.
  • Support community outreach efforts, fostering relationships to develop effective referral pathways.
