Requirements

Valid RN license in the state of Iowa
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate a team
A sense of humor and a passion for making work fun!

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Proven experience in a nursing leadership role- preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care
