The position involves collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team in various settings to ensure that the emotional, spiritual, religious, and psychosocial needs of patients, families, and employees related to the patient’s illness are addressed. The role requires effective leadership in the development and implementation of spiritual care programs and services for the Seidman Cancer Center, CMC, and community partners. The individual will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services to support patients, families, and staff while creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned, complying with all policies and standards, and maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) as per the organization's requirements.
