About The Position

Provides strategic counsel and consultative advisory support to senior clinical leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and enterprise clinical leaders, on complex clinical, financial, and operational matters. This role leads and participates in highly complex clinical financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis across multiple business units. Translates clinical strategy and enterprise priorities into actionable financial insights, decision frameworks, and analytical models within a highly matrixed organization. This role operates in a highly matrixed environment and serves as a trusted advisor to senior clinical leaders, supporting enterprise-wide clinical initiatives, investment decisions, care model transformation, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, strategy, or advisory roles.
  • Strong experience with complex financial and clinical modeling across multiple businesses.
  • Healthcare or health services enterprise experience required.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MD, or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic and consultative advisor to the CMO and senior clinical leaders, providing enterprise-level financial and analytical insights to inform clinical strategy, care delivery models, and investment decisions.
  • Lead the development of complex financial and clinical models across multiple health services businesses.
  • Develop and manage enterprise-level clinical financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning models.
  • Analyze drivers of financial and clinical performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses, scorecards, and presentations.
  • Continuously improve modeling methodologies and analytical frameworks.
  • Support evaluation of clinical investments, care models, and vendor partnerships.
  • Navigate and influence within a highly matrixed organization.
