About The Position

ABLE Kids is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to fill the role of ABA Therapy Clinical Assistant. This position is ideal for an individual actively pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification who is looking to grow their clinical and leadership experience within a supportive clinic-based environment. The Clinical Assistant will work in our clinic setting with children ages 2–6 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and will receive BCBA supervision to support the completion of required experience hours toward certification. Tuition reimbursement opportunities may be available upon graduation.

Requirements

Active RBT certification in good standing (required)
Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Currently enrolled in or completed a Master’s degree toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience as an RBT
Experience working with young children and willingness to support early learners
Reliable transportation to and from the clinic
Willingness to complete CPR training and a background check

Responsibilities

Support and train new hires
Provide direct therapy coverage as needed, following Lead RBT responsibilities
Assist with BCBA-related clinical activities to support supervised fieldwork hours
Support administrative and clinical documentation duties, including:
Entering appointments in CentralReach with accurate billable and non-billable codes
Ensuring session notes are completed accurately and on time
Converting and submitting timesheets in CentralReach in a timely manner
Updating daily attendance reports in CentralReach
