Requirements

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient intake procedures and documentation
  • Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed
