How You’ll Make an Impact Partner with orthodontists to deliver top-tier care and create confident, healthy smiles. Capture and process dental records (x-rays, scans, impressions) with precision and care. Educate and empower patients with oral hygiene tips and treatment guidance. Keep our clinical space running smoothly—sterilize instruments, prep materials, and manage lab duties. Be a friendly face—greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit. The Teammate We’re Looking For An Orthodontic Assistant (preferred) or Registered Dental Assistant required. Comfortable with health and safety regulations and clinical standards. Excited to learn and grow—experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we’re happy to train. Requirements
