About The Position

Clinical Assistant- Full-Time On-Site SpringHealth Behavioral Health & Integrated Care is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our growing clinic team in Lawrenceville, GA. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: SpringHealth Behavioral – Lawrenceville Clinic This on-site role is a key part of our daily operations, providing logistical, administrative, and staff support that helps our clinicians focus on delivering high-quality care to the individuals we serve. As a Clinical Assistant, you will help keep the clinic running smoothly by triaging clients, scheduling appointments, screening and directing phone calls, and interacting with clients and families. You will also provide clerical and administrative support to the clinical team while helping ensure an organized and welcoming environment for everyone who enters the clinic. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in behavioral health. You will have the chance to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and work directly with clients for a portion of your day, building valuable clinical skills while making a meaningful impact. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative Assistant experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and clinical staff

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily clinic cleaning checklist
  • Give breaks to behavioral technicians during their session as needed
  • Enter client behavior data and skill acquisition data
  • Complete any materials for sessions as required by BCBAs
  • Ensure all clinically necessary documents are available for technician use
  • Audit employee and client files and maintain and organized office system
  • Complete monthly inventory
  • Word process, mailing, printing, laminating, and creating materials etc.
  • Be trained on crisis intervention program to assist therapists as needed with challenging moments occur
  • Other duties as assigned
