Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfort working with documentation systems, electronic records, and operational tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist clinical leadership and team members with day-to-day operational tasks to help ensure clinical practices run smoothly.
  • Provide general support to clinicians and clinical leadership as needed to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Help ensure clinical spaces and teams have the materials, documentation, and operational items needed to perform services.
  • Support coordination of schedules, meetings, and internal communications when needed.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new clinical staff including coordination of orientation tasks, training materials, and required documentation.
  • Help track onboarding checklists and required items to support timely completion.
  • Provide support to clinical leadership to ensure new staff are equipped with necessary tools and information.
  • Conduct routine audits of clinical documentation, operational processes, or required materials as directed by leadership.
  • Assist in identifying missing information or items requiring follow-up and communicate findings to appropriate team members.
  • Support implementation of internal processes and procedures designed to maintain compliance and quality standards.
  • Assist with organization and maintenance of clinical records, logs, and operational documentation.
  • Help coordinate internal processes that support service delivery and operational consistency.
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting related to clinical or operational activities.
  • Monitor and assist in maintaining adequate supplies, materials, and resources necessary for service delivery.
  • Assist with maintaining organized clinical environments and ensuring required items are available when needed.
  • Provide support with general operational tasks to promote a well-functioning clinical practice.
