Requirements

• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively/professionally with medical center staff, patients, family, visitors, and physicians under routine and stressful situations are required.
• Completion of a medical terminology course or demonstrated functional competency is required.
• Computer data entry experience is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant (MA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is strongly preferred.
