About The Position

The Clinical Assistant for Wound & Hyperbaric at Saint Agnes Medical Center is a part-time role focused on providing direct patient care in a medical setting. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification from an accredited nurse aid or medical assistant training program or two years' experience in an acute or skilled care facility in a direct patient care position is required.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively/professionally with the medical center staff, patients, family, visitors, and physicians under routine and stressful situations are required.
• Completion of a medical terminology course or demonstrated functional competency is required.
• Computer data entry experience is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant (MA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is strongly preferred.
