Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical Assistant preferred
• Advanced computer skills
• Previous scheduling experience
• Understanding of medical terminology

Nice To Haves

• EKG experience
• Previous medical office experience

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone lines
• Schedule appointments
• Take messages
• Transfer calls as appropriate
• Track missed appointments and reschedule as appropriate
• Support group meeting organization
• Assist with clinic patients as necessary
• Perform general office duties as assigned
