About The Position

Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
Implement/enforce house rules.
Transport clients with company vehicle.
Supervise clients on outings.
Group facilitation.
Maintain cleanliness of facility.
Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Enhanced Clearance with Idaho Health & Welfare (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain)
• Current TB test (will be required to obtain)
• Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
