About The Position

Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope in tomorrow. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Grace Harbour is seeking a Licensed Therapist to perform comprehensive outpatient behavioral health assessments via telehealth for individuals and families referred through our community and state partnerships. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible hours, remote work, and supplemental income while contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active South Carolina licensure required: LPC, LMFT, or LISW-CP (or eligible).
Experience conducting clinical assessments and familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using secure telehealth and electronic record systems.
Must have reliable internet connection and private workspace.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments in accordance with South Carolina Medicaid and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBHS) Manual (RBHS) standards.
Complete required clinical documentation within agency and payer timeframes.
Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
Coordinate with internal and external providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with all ethical, legal, and professional standards.
Participate in required trainings and maintain active professional licensure.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with care teams as needed.
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
