Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity designed for those working toward their BCBA. This program supports your growth by providing supervision hours, mentorship, and real clinical experience with children and families. As part of the Elevate team, you will work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway: Emerge, Empower, Ascend. This pathway includes built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support. Compensation ranges from $17 to $23 base pay, with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.
