Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity where you'll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, all while building real clinical experience with children and families. As part of the Elevate team, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway, Emerge, Empower, Ascend, with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support.
