Purpose of Role: The core responsibility of this role is to deliver high‑quality customer training within acute hospitals across Ireland. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the MedTech sector and is ideal for someone eager to deepen their expertise in clinical training and education while making a meaningful impact in healthcare Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to customer sites to deliver customer training for the premium portfolio of medical devices including infusion pump systems, patient monitoring, and simulation, supplied by leading global manufacturers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders across acute hospital settings. Respond to customer queries in a timely & professional manner, provide customers with advice on products and ensure product configurations are appropriate for their clinical placements. Coordinate with colleagues to plan installations and schedule training with customers. Provide clinical support, insight & education to colleagues across the business, including participation in sales demonstrations and product evaluations Maintain professional registration as appropriate and establish & maintain certification, for customer training, with all required suppliers. Maintain training records in electronic and/or paper format. Contribute to the development of the Training & Education Team, participate in improvement projects and commitment to the principle of continuous improvement across the business. Role Requirements: Clinical qualification in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline & minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong customer focused approach. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing training schedules and coordinating with healthcare teams. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Full, clean driver’s licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly; this role involves nationwide travel across Ireland.
