As a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) supporting the GE imaging applications team, you will deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training supporting the CT modality. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by supporting our commercial teams from pre-sale through post-implementation by providing effective outcome-based education and training solutions. You will develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the CT modality. This involves correlating theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with the knowledge and skills to obtain optimal performance from their GE Healthcare equipment. You will also provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers, developing and administering clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreement (SOA) to deliver excellent clinical education and achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Collaboration is key in this role, as you will coordinate the delivery of customer training with a targeted integrated account management approach, including sales, project management, and other service organization teams in accordance with the SOA/terms and conditions. You will drive revenue realization through the execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery and ensure comprehensive, consistent, and timely completion of documentation requirements pre through post-training. Ongoing post-installation training and support will also be part of your responsibilities, maintaining customer relationships through proactive communication and addressing any relevant product or customer concerns.
