About The Position

The Clinical Applications Analyst will be responsible for providing support to IT users who deliver primary care to over 40,000 patients, as well as other health and behavioral services to the community. This role involves offering guiding expertise on Electronic Practice Management (EPM), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Dental applications. The position requires troubleshooting and diagnosing user issues effectively, ensuring that the clinical applications function smoothly to support healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience supporting clinical applications EHR and working with clinicians.
• Minimum of five years experience in Health Information Technology (HIT) and/or work with an EHR.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or Informatics preferred.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use a computer and perform light lifting.
• Ability to work after hours when needed.
• Ability to travel to and attend conferences and workshops for further education.
