Under direct supervision, focuses on analysis of lower complexity customer requirements, implementation of tools that support those requirements, and support and maintenance of applications in general. Successfully supports initiatives and projects and coordinates effectively with other staff. Responsible for analyzing issues and acting as a liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues. Responsibilities include developing, testing and documenting computer programs for special requirements and to customize portions of purchased package; implementing/installing new programs/systems; and providing support to user departments on a wide variety of systems. Understands and adheres to the service provider/customer chain of accountability that ultimately leads to the patient.
