About The Position

The Clinical Applications Analyst I, II, or III position at Essentia Health involves providing high-level support and analysis for mid-complexity projects related to Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Associates degree with 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare.
• 6 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare if no degree is held.
• Certification in Epic applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for the analysis of mid-complexity projects related to EHR applications.
• Lead initiatives and projects in collaboration with other staff members.
• Act as a subject matter expert in assigned applications and develop knowledge across various applications.
• Develop, implement, and present educational programs for end users.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve issues effectively.
• Plan and implement technology learning programs and assess user competence during these programs.
