About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, caring Clinical Applications Analyst III - Ambulatory to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community. Our Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics Team (CIDA) is looking for an Ambulatory Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for optimizing workflows related to outpatient healthcare offices. This position will also help support the growth of Deaconess Health System through support of new outpatient facility structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Education Preferred
• Relevant knowledge to application or support experience
• Knowledge and/or experience of clinical workflows in application setting
• Ability to use a variety of software, remote meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Optimize workflows related to outpatient healthcare offices.
• Support the growth of Deaconess Health System through new outpatient facility structures.
• Configure and build pertinent to employee's Epic applications including discovery, build, testing, go-live, and support.
• Coordinate and perform system upgrades and updates.
• Work closely with end users to troubleshoot problems related to applications and find resolutions.
• Project manage small and medium size projects.
