Clinical and Nursing Director $90,000-$100,000 Do you have experience in diagnosing, treating, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of children or adults with mental health or substance abuse disorders? As Clinical and Nursing Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision of clinical and direct care staff as well as working with leaders in the company and community to make sure that appropriate levels of clinical expertise are available at all levels of the company. Provide clinical oversight, consultation, and direct/indirect clinical supervision of clinical and direct care staff. Coordinate supervision via additional clinical supervisor(s) who also meet minimum supervisory requirements, and assist the agency with the establishment of practice guidelines. Ensure appropriate assessments for individuals served; identify and implement best practice protocols for programs. Ensure continuity of care and collaborate with the Medical Director, QM Director, key clinical staff, other agencies, providers, and policymakers to ensure clinical expertise is available at all levels of the organization. Provide administrative supervision of assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities. Design and support implementation of treatment protocols employed in service delivery. Develop plans and protocols for new clinical and program training and supervision, maintaining fidelity to service models and service quality. Qualifications: MS degree in related field. Two or more years of experience in diagnosing, treating, and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment of children or adults with mental health or substance abuse disorders. Two or more years of full-time, direct service experience which includes face-to-face treatment and interventions for a caseload of individuals with a primary mental health or substance abuse disorder diagnosis. Clinical License required, LCSW preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve while collaborating with our system partners. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
