About The Position

Why work as a Clinical Aide? Make an Impact! n your role as a Behavioral Health Clinical Aide, you will be a key component of our team ensuring our patients have a Superior Patient Experience. Providing guidance to patients regarding all aspects of their treatment day, you will be an active member of our treatment team providing vital information that will contribute to the formulation of assessments, treatment plans, clinical formulations, progress notes, and continuing care planning. You will provide patient safety in all levels of care and promote consistent accountability towards treatments norms, boundaries and expectations. By monitoring and interacting appropriately with patients to ascertain the mood of the community and assessing patient behaviors, you will help to identify problem/high risk behaviors assisting the team with behavioral issues on the unit such as psychiatric, self-harming, agitation, isolation and aggressive behaviors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Full-time Day shift

Nice To Haves

  • Prior behavioral health experience with addiction preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a human services area preferred.
