About The Position
As a Clinical Aesthetician at SkinSpirit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional skincare services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing a variety of treatments tailored to meet each client's unique needs and objectives. These treatments may include clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning. You will be expected to educate clients on all aspects of their treatment processes, including pre and post-treatment care instructions, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable throughout their skincare journey. In addition to performing treatments, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff. This includes cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing inventory of products, and following established treatment protocols. You will also be tasked with generating and maintaining a loyal client base, which may involve suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services offered by the company. As part of your role, you will attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on best practices, market trends, and new techniques in the aesthetics field.
